Our Story
Flavio is the man behind CASITA’s creations. With a background in the arts, he has a special touch for making your event shine. Born in Brazil, where his family still host traditional private gatherings — from intimate family get-togethers to large celebrations — hospitality has always been part of his life.
Having lived in the UK for over 20 years, he is passionate about food with bold flavours and vibrant colours. He and his team always bring positive energy, not to mention incredible dedication and creativity in the décor of every event.
CASITA has catered for thousands of people at Glastonbury Festival, as well as for two hundred guests at elegant banquets, always maintaining the authenticity of its roots.
Our front-of-house is friendly, super attentive and dedicated, giving customer great service.
To complement our ethos, our menu is diverse, offering multiple vegetarian, gluten free and plant-based options.
Here in Cornwall we have our own small produce all year round; we grow organically at our piece of land and we work with other growers to bring this produce to the events we cater.
We select our suppliers making sure they are environmentally supportive with their produce too. Our mainly organic producers are Riverford and Essentials.
