History
Our Story
We have been catering over a decade and the time gave us the opportunity to design a new front for our CASITA, a modern Shepherd’s Hut build by a Cornish company. We really wanted to bring the Latino home and so worked with artists in Cornwall to create some beautiful vintage-style pieces, using authentic sign writing techniques, gold leaf and oils, all with a vibrant Latino style. Our CASITA creates an enticing atmosphere which offers little of America Latina and its appetising food culture.
We prepare and cook our food with the same love our Latino family has done for generations. Bringing home-cooked authenticity and creativity to all our dishes.
Our front-of-house is friendly, super attentive and dedicated, giving customer great service.
To complement our ethos, our menu is diverse, offering multiple vegetarian, gluten free and plant-based options.
Here in Cornwall we have our own small produce all year round; we grow organically at our piece of land and we work with other growers to bring this produce to the events we cater.
We select our suppliers making sure they are environmentally supportive with their produce too. Our mainly organic producers are Riverford and Essentials.

Our Products
One of our exclusive and best appreciated starter for sharing with friends and family is the crispy QUESO-DICE-BITES (organic) – a Latino cheese street-food, served with our home-made chilli sauce. Too good to put into words.
