History
Our Story
We have been trading since 2016 and the time over lockdown gave us the opportunity to build a new front for our CASITA. We really wanted to bring the Latino home and so worked with a traditional sign writer in Cornwall to create some beautiful vintage-style pieces, using authentic sign writing techniques, gold leaf and oils, all with a vibrant Latino style.
Our CASITA creates an enticing atmosphere which offers a little of America Latina and its appetising food culture.
To complement our ethos, our menu is 100% vegetarian and often vegan. Here in Cornwall we have our own small produce all year round; we grow organically at our allotment and we work with other growers to bring this produce to the festivals.
We select our suppliers making sure they are environmentally supportive with their produce too. We also have accounts with organic producers/distributors such as Riverford, Essentials & Mexgrocer.
We have traded at festivals such as the Green Gathering (Wales), Shambala, WOMAD, Beautiful Days, the Great Estate amongst many others.

Our Products
One of our exclusive and best-selling dishes is the crispy QUESO-DICE-BITES (organic) – a Latino cheese street-food, served with our home-made molasses chili sauce. We even have a vegan version! Too good to put into words! Yum!
