By using our food stall and/or purchasing our food and merchandise, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Food and Merchandise Sales
All sales of food and merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products sold at our food stall. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise after it has been sold.
- Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We make every effort to accommodate customers with food allergies and dietary requirements. However, please note that our food is prepared in a kitchen that also handles allergens, and we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens or cross-contamination. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to a member of our staff before placing your order.
- Health and Safety
The safety and well-being of our customers is our top priority. We follow all applicable health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic food preparation area. However, please note that our food is served hot and may cause burns or other injuries if not handled properly. By using our food stall and/or purchasing our food, you accept all risks associated with consuming hot food.
